We are searching for an outstanding gaming experienced professional to join our Sydney based team.

You will conduct functional and technical product training using various delivery formats including instructor led and computer based training. You will also be an expert in the day to day activities of gaming venues, with a particular focus on gaming accounting and analysis, thereby adding value to your clients and your training programs.
 
What you'll do
  • Provide on-site pre and post installation training and support
  • Develop structured training courses and supporting documentation
  • Ensure any issues raised by customers are followed up and customer is kept informed of resolution timeframes
  • Develop structured training courses and supporting documentation (when required)
  • Provide input into the development of new products (when required)
  • Work with sales on new bids and tenders
  • Identify knowledge gaps through the use of Training Needs Analysis tools
  • Scoping and creating workshops to full fill and knowledge gaps
  • Work effectively with customers, product developers, customer support and sales to provide innovative and sound instructional solutions to ensure effective use of company products
  • Provide on-site support during the go-live phase of implementation projects and continued support thereafter
  • Maintaining existing course guides based on product updates
  • Training administration including course evaluations and the set up and maintenance of site/training specific learning environment.
What we're looking for
  • Formal training qualifications i.e. (Cert IV - Desirable)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point
  • Experience in cashflow analysis within the gaming and casino industry or a comprehensive understanding of financial analysis
  • Extensive experience in the technology sector is desirable
  • Knowledge of Casino and/or club operational procedures would be an advantage
  • Considerable hands-on experience in the delivery of formal training programmes.
  • Exceptional presentation, organisational, oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write training and procedural documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and across all areas of the organisation
  • Instructional aptitude coupled with and mixture of strong technical and interpersonal client facing skills
  • Proven application/technical training experience ideally within the gaming environment and in particular, cash-flow analysis and reconciliation procedures
  • Ability to travel to customer sites to deliver training
