Bepoz is Australia's leading supplier and developer of point of sale (POS) systems for the hospitality industry. 
 
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are currently on the search for a dynamic and experienced sales talent who will be both a brand evangelist for Bepoz as well as a 'true hunter of sales opportunities!'
 
The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of the Australian Club/Pub/Hotel market and understand 'the game' while leveraging their BDM skills and experience to generate revenue growth.
 
You are passionate about Business Development, can hit the ground running and have a proven record of delivering on your sales quota.
 
THE ROLE

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing new accounts throughout NSW to ensure business growth. You will report to the National Sales Director.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prospect, identify and qualify new business opportunities (in the Hotel, Pub and Club segment)
  • Use your existing network to grow the brands’ presence 
  • Independently seek out opportunities by cold calling to increase sales and profits
  • Attend industry events to grow and nurture your network with the view to winning more sites
  • Follow up leads that are generated by marketing 
  • Account manage new and existing sites
  • Arrange and conduct product demos to potentials
  • Represent the company at trade shows
  • Report to the national sales director
  • Occasional work outside of normal working hours and overnight stays or travel outside of Sydney (due to the nature of the business)
  • Deliver on a quarterly and annual sales quota
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • You must be a standout hunter
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Desire to close a deal
  • The drive to source your own leads by cold calling and working your network
  • A strong understanding of the hospitality industry teamed with relevant contacts
  • Ability to work alone and in a team
  • A positive and pleasant personality
  • The drive to build your skills and product knowledge in order to advance your career
  • The personality to build strong relationships with the clients
  • It is a prerequisite that you are an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen to apply for this role
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
