Breakfast Point Country Club has been servicing the residents of Breakfast Point since 2006. Currently under renovations, which are due to be completed late September 2019 the Country Club comprises a Cafe with Alfresco dining, Function Centre, Members Lounge, Outdoor areas, Pool-side Kiosk, Swimming Pools, Tennis Courts and Gymnasium facilities.

Role:
 
The role of the Senior Receptionist is to manage club membership, maintenance requests and ensure continuity of processes and resolution of outstanding action items, from Monday to Friday.  Overseeing casual reception staff and ensuring they are trained in all aspects of the role.  Assisting the Events Manager with functions bookings and customer enquiries for Breakfast Point facilities as well as ensuring a warm welcome and farewell for Club visitors. Initially this role will be offered on a casual basis for 38 hours per week, with the potential to become full time after a probation period.
 
Experience/Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word/Excel and Outlook
  • Good telephone etiquette and high levels of customer service skills
  • Professional presentation and grooming
  • Ability to lead, train and motivate a team of casual reception staff
  • Problem solving skills
  • High level attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Minimum two years in a similar role
  • The ability to work unsupervised
