Breakfast Point Country Club has been servicing the residents of Breakfast Point since 2006. Currently under renovations, which are due to be completed late September 2019 the Country Club comprises a Cafe with Alfresco dining, Function Centre, Members Lounge, Outdoor areas, Pool-side Kiosk, Swimming Pools, Tennis Courts and Gymnasium facilities.

Role:
 
The Club now has available great casual roles in Food & Beverage service. You will be required to deliver friendly and professional customer service within all food and beverage outlets of the Club to members and their guests. 

Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Perform your duties effectively and efficiently in a safe manner and comply with Club policies and procedures
  • Comply with NSW Food Authority and Liquor Licensing legislation
  • Notify Food & Beverage Manager / Events Manager or General Manager of feedback received from members during their visit to BPCC
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as requested
  • Be required to perform other duties as requested by Management
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
  • Full Work Rights in Australia
  • Hold a current RSA Competency Card
  • Have previous experience in Food & Beverage service; barista, food order taking, food, drink and tray service
  • Awareness of customer needs and the ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours
  • Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
  • Have good attention to detail with an intuitive approach to service
  • Be able to work well in a team
  • Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivated
  • Full availability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights, weekends and public holidays 
  • Assist with the furniture set up / pack down and general cleaning tasks
  • Have strong cash handling skills
Desirable:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Certificate level 3 in restaurant and bar service
  • Barista certificate or coffee making experience
  • Safe food handling certificate and/or experience
