What we are looking for:
 
The role of Operations Manager Gaming Services will ensure that Services are delivered in accordance to the clients service level agreements and to maintain customer satisfaction. The position is responsible for planning, direction, and coordination of operational activities within the service delivery team and managing daily operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive high levels of service delivery through customer service.
  • Drive operational efficiencies to ensure response to client issues occurs effectively whilst maintaining quality standards. 
  • Develop appropriate solutions to customer issues to ensure repeat issues are limited.   
  • Direct and manage activities within Operational scope concerned with delivery of cost effective services of Banktech products.
  • Manage staff work schedules and assign specific duties.
  • Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budget.
  • Establish or implement relevant processes and procedures to support team members delivering services. 
  • Ensure all annual performance review processes support the development of team members.
What you will bring:
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Gaming support and or venue operations.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing operations and providing support.
  • Intermediate/ advanced skills in Excel, Word, and other internal tools.
  • Experience working in device management or technical service delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in Team Management.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong decision making capabilities 
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solutions orientated and technical aptitude.
