We are seeking a Duty Manager who has a can do attitude, someone who strives to make a difference, and above all wants to serve. This is a hands-on operational role and is an integral member of the Leadership team.

Responsibilities include efficient organisation and management of all elements of the frontline operation as well as mentoring, coaching and developing other team members.

The Duty Manager’s key responsibilities include:
  • The effective and efficient coordination of day to day operations of the club;
  • Deliver and maintain the highest standards across all facets of the business;
  • Lead, manage, motivate and mentor frontline team 
  • Coordination of Human Resources on shift;
  • Complaints handling and conflict resolution;
  • Performance management of the Frontline team;
  • Monitoring compliance with all legislative requirements and Club policies.
The successful candidate will have:
  • To be available across the full week on a rotating roster;
  • Strong technical skills within the operational framework of a licensed venue;
  • A genuine desire to serve the business along with its Members and guests;
  • A strong work ethic with outstanding communication skills;
  • A collaborative approach to problem solving and process improvement;
  • Impeccable, proven cash handling skills;
  • Highly proficient computer skills;
  • Industry experience with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role;
  • Hold/currently obtaining relevant Industry qualifications;
  • Current NSW RSA/RCG Competency and First Aid certification.
