Cardiff RSL has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, energetic and versatile customer service professionals with minimum 12 months hospitality industry experience to join our team!
The Club is looking for motivated individuals who take pride in delivering outstanding customer service to fill the roles of Bar Attendant / Gaming Attendant (Casual).
The successful applicant must possess the following skills and attributes:
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Current RSA & RCG Competency card
- Have an exceptional customer service focus
- Can demonstrate good time management skills
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have strong cash handling skills
- Be able to work well in a team
- Be available to work flexible hours across the week and weekend
- Exceptional presentation and grooming
- Has experience and skills to deal with the resolution of conflict with both patrons and staff
- Demonstrated previous experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
