Club Five Dock RSL is located on the Great North Road in the heart of the Five Dock business district. Club Five Dock RSL is a strong successful club which prides itself on providing the best venue facilities for its 14,500 members while maintaining a relaxed and friendly environment.

Their 'Dock & Co.' Restaurant has a food philosophy based on using fresh local and seasonal ingredients to craft a home-style comfort food menu, while the Functions and Events operation consistantly delivers a 5-star service that in turn maintains long term relationships, some up to 10 years with their return clientele.

Therefore the Club is now looking for an experienced Door Person / Reception / Concierge to be the first face that our members see coming into the club !

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Welcoming people
• Compliance
• Checking for COVID compliance 
• Signing people up as new members
• Taking corporate enquiries
• Answering phones

About the Role:

• Monday to Friday day
• No club experience necessary
• All about attitude
• Unlimited tea, coffee and soft drink

• Positive and uplifting personality
• Computer literate - We use office 365 and IGT Advantage and it would be great if you knew these programs but of course, we can train anyone... What we can't train for is a great attitude
• Multi lingual (Italian / Greek / Mandarin) would be advantageous but by no means necessary 
• Mature age would be very welcome as well as Return to Work people and those looking for their first job
• Hold RSA & RCG Competency Cards
• Public transport straight outside the front door
