Lismore Workers Group of Clubs is situated on the Far North Coast of NSW and spans across 3 sites; Lismore Workers Club, the Workers Golf Club and the Workers Sports Club. The Group has 15,000 members and 130 employees.

Lismore Workers Club is currently seeking an experienced Marketing and Design/IT Coordinator who has qualifications in Graphic Design to join our team at the Lismore Workers Group of Clubs.
 
Reporting directly to the Group General Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for the full 'end to end' design process for all the Groups print and digital marketing production.
 
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Create and Develop high quality artwork including: print and online advertising, signage, brochures, merchandise etc
  • Create designs to further promote the Workers Club Brand
  • Website graphic design
  • Manage all marketing requests
  • Develop and implement content for social media platforms
  • Strong IT solutions experience
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum three years experience in a similar role
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or related field
  • IT experience with installation and problem solving.
  • Experience updating and maintaining WordPress CMS content for front-end
  • Intermediate level coding knowledge of PHP, HTML, JS (jQuery) and CSS
  • Knowledge of WordPress CMS development including custom plugin development will be highly regarded. 
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is essential
  • Strong understanding of Copywriting
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Powerpoint and Word
  • Experience in designing quality print materials with a clear understanding of pre press print management standards
  • Experience in designing in a digital environment across channels including website, social media and electronic marketing.
Web server administration experience including:
  • Web Server LAMP stack config and maintenance knowledge
  • Linux competency
  • MySQL relational database management
Skills and Attributes:
  • Highly resourceful with the ability to work within existing brand guidelines while offering your own ideas to enhance our brand
  • Driven and self motivated
  • Ability to prioritise workload whilst remaining calm 
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
