Norths Collectives' newest club: The Verandah, formerly known as the Beecroft Club is a local institution for the northern suburbs community, revamped and reimagined for a modern age, including a new commitment to sustainable hospitality as the first club in Australia that is paper and plastic free.

Beecroft's new home away from home. Sitting across from the bowling greens, is the perfect spot to settle in for a long lunch, a cocktail or two or dinner with friends and family.

The magic begins with you…

Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are currently seeking a Customer Experience Manager who is focused on ensuring the day-to-day operations of our venue are run efficiently and effectively whilst ensuring the best service for our members and guests. You will be a passionate people leader and develop our staff, whilst maintaining excellent communication with our people and leaders.

Your key priorities will be:

  • Daily operations of the club including presentation, security, monetary control, food and beverage and customer service
  • Complying with all club legislation, policies and procedures, code of conduct and practice responsible service of alcohol and conduct of gaming.
  • To lead an effective team in delivering outstanding service on a consistent basis in line with our values
  • Maintaining effective communication with all key stakeholders including operations manager, floor staff, chefs and management team
  • Ensure the safe, secure and accurate handling of cash across all operational areas including EFTPOS, tills, ATM's, gaming and keno
  • Actively driving and supporting a range of Work, Health and Safety Compliance activities

The Customer Experience Manager plays a vital role in ensuring our best service shines through for our members and guests. You must hold our passion for food, service and ambience. Fun is key too!
