Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are currently seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor to deliver efficient and prompt service to guests, taking ownership of matters, solving problems, pre-empt needs and work effectively and harmoniously in a team. You will also be responsible for supervision of all food and beverage operations of the Club on behalf of the General Manager and in accordance with the conditions of the Club's License and standards. This position will provide feedback on floor, food and beverage operations and service standards to the Customer Experience Manager.

Your key priorities will be:

  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience for our members and guests
  • Daily operations of the club including presentation, security, food and beverage and customer service
  • Training and Leadership of food and beverage teams
  • Maintaining effective communication with all patrons and staff
  • Actively driving and supporting a range of Work, Health and Safety Compliance activities
  • Complying with all club legislation, policies and procedures, code of conduct and practice responsible service of alcohol and conduct of gaming.
  • Assist in all aspects of stock control

The Customer Experience Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the best customer experience for our members and guests. You must hold our passion for food, service and ambience. Fun is key too!
