Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are currently seeking a Customer Experience Manager who is focused on ensuring the day-to-day operations of our venue are run efficiently and effectively whilst ensuring the best service for our members and guests. You will be a passionate people leader and develop our staff, whilst maintaining excellent communication with our people and leaders.

Your key priorities will be:

  • Daily operations of the club including presentation, security, monetary control, food and beverage and customer service.
  • The ability to lead and work cohesively over multiple departments.
  • Complying with all club legislation, policies and procedures, code of conduct and practice responsible service of alcohol and conduct of gaming.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional service standards with outstanding attention to detail, encouraging a high performance culture throughout the team.
  • Maintaining effective communication with all key stakeholders including operations manager, floor staff, chefs and management team.
  • Actively driving and supporting a range of Work, Health and Safety Compliance activities

The Customer Experience Manager plays a vital role in ensuring our best service shines through for our members and guests. You must hold our passion for food, service and ambience. Fun is key too!
