The Juniors - Kingsford is the PREMIER venue for food & entertainment. Located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, we provide world class entertainment, a variety of dining options and a full program of entertainment weekly. 
 
An amazing opportunity has come available to join a great work environment. The Senior Marketing Coordinator position is a great opportunity for someone with a strong marketing background looking for the next opportunity in their career. Reporting to the General Manager – Marketing, Entertainment and Hospitality you will work across a diverse range of marketing and branding strategies including digital, social media, online and print material including the quarterly magazine. You will guide a small team who work closely together to ensure the timely and effective delivery of marketing strategies. 
 
Your duties will include a variety of tasks with the main priority to assist in marketing and branding throughout all departments which include gaming, bar, entertainment and special one off events across all of The Juniors locations. 
 
Your Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of various marketing and branding strategies across all venues through digital, social and print varieties
  • Analysing the effectiveness of initiatives and reporting to Senior Management and the Board of Directors
  • Designing, branding and producing of all The Juniors Group of Club venues including signage, print media, web and email advertising, radio and television
  • Production of the quarterly magazine
  • Generation of social media content across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Guiding and assisting the team to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies
  • Coordinating and delegating appropriate work to contractors including graphic designers and photographers
  • Assisting with enquires from staff, members and guests
  • Administration duties
Potential candidates will be:
  • Creative
  • Strong administration skills
  • Able to think outside the box
  • Able to prioritise as well as multi-task 
  • Able to communicate with all levels – members through to Directors
This is a fulltime permanent position (Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm) and employee incentives including corporate days, training and development.
