As the Supervisor of the Platinum room you will pride yourself on providing outstanding service and developing relationships with our VIP clientele. You will be an experienced and motivated leader, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to negotiate effectively and assert yourself when required. You will need excellent time management and organisational skills, combined with a high standard of grooming and personal presentation. Multi-cultural awareness is essential.
The hours for this position do involve some shift and weekend work.
As the Supervisor, we are looking for someone that enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic industry with a hands–on approach, that has a willingness to serve. Job responsibilities include food & beverage, cashiering, staff training, appraisals, coaching and maintaining labour standards.
To be successful in this role, previous experience in gaming machines or in a gaming cashiering environment, combined with some food and beverage knowledge is desirable.
