Supervisor-Duty Manager
Medium Club in Upper North Shore
This Club is located on the upper north shore of Sydney, with a membership of around 2,600. The Club operates around 65 gaming machines; TAB and Keno and facilities comprise: two bars, a very large sports lounge with outdoor areas, a gaming room and plenty more. Food service is well provided for with a bistro seating 100+, a function area seating 200, all served by a large modern kitchen.
The Club is moving into the development of new concepts to improve the facilities and services offered. We are looking for an experienced Supervisor/Duty Manager with the ability to implement management initiatives effectively and motivate staff to work efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
The role is available for an immediate start and will involve regular weekend and evening shifts. The Club does not operate past midnight, excepting for infrequent functions.
You:
- Have a minimum of five years experience at a supervisory level
- Have excellent numeracy, literacy and computer skills
- Understand Registered Club operations
- Have RSA and RCG
- Are experienced in opening and closing procedures
- Are experienced in cash handling and safe balancing
- Are experienced in Bar, Functions, TAB, Keno and Gaming
- Are conversant with Cellar, Bistro and Reception
- Have experience in running Club styled promotions
- Communicate expertly
- Understand bottom line principles
- Excel at customer service
- Love to work as part of a team and get results
