Housing 16 gaming machines; bistro; main bar; Keno and TAB area and a large lounge seating over 150 all on the upstairs level. Downstairs, there is an a la carte restaurant for 100 pax; 2 function rooms that accommodate over 300 people and a bar area. The Club also runs three bowling greens.
We are seeking a hospitality professional, ideally with a solid hospitality background and experience to fill the role of Bar Team Leader ! The successful candidate will be responsible for the running of the bar and the asscociated area as well as the team that makes this area tick. This is a salaried role at $50K plus Super plus Benefits !!!!
To be considered for this role you will possess:
- Current RSA and RCG certificates
- Hospitality experience and a keeness to move into a leadership role
- Tbe ability lead and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Sound conflict resolution skills
- An ability to create efficiencies and drive sales
- Excellent stock and wastage management skills
- A keen eye for detail
