If you are looking for a position that is customer service oriented and can offer fantastic career growth, then this could be for you. You will need to possess strong people management skills that have been acquired through 'face-time' on the floor within the service industry (hospitality/retail/security/other) and you MUST be able to work well with a dedicated team.
To be considered for this role you will be required to possess:
- Solid financial knowledge including an understanding of Gross Profits; Budgets; P&L; basic accounting and banking knowledge
- At least 2 years experience in a Managerial position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong commitment to the delivery of exceptional customer service standards
- A sound understanding of legislative compliance
- Excellent decision making skills and a commitment to stand by your decisions
- An eagerness to develop yourself and those around you
- Outstanding leadership qualities and the ability to communicate across all levels of a business
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of this busy operation and will therefore require the following traits:
- An ability to think on your feet and prioritise as you go
- Exceptional negotiation and motivation skills
- An eagerness to be hands-on when required
- An even balance of administrational and operational skills
- A calmness under pressure
- A keen eye for detail
- A 'can-do' attitude
- High levels of self-motivation
- A desire for continuous improvement both professionally and personally

This is an important operational role and accordingly, hours include nights and weekends on a rotational roster. Remuneration is negotiable and will be based on qualifications and experience.
