The venue itself is contemporary in design and together with the State-of-the-Art Sports Complex, boasts in excess of 30,000 members. There are 300+ dedicated and motivated staff who enjoy working with an organisation that is encouraging, supportive and progressive and led by a unified, enthusiastic and professional Management Team. The main Club at Castle Hill has multiple bars and restaurants (indoor and outdoor dining); domestic and international entertainment; functions and conference facilities and expansive grounds.

There is now a fantastic opportunity for highly personable and customer focused individuals to join this vibrant team in the roles of Concierge.  The positions are interesting and varied and you will be entrusted with arguably the most important role in the Club as you will be the first (and often last) point of contact for both face-to-face and over the phone enquiries for our valued members, guests and visitors. 

Essential to your success will be your genuine, affable personality; impeccable communication and presentation skills and a proven background in a similar reception/guest services type role.  These are hands-on customer service roles where your attitude and behaviours will quite literally make the difference between our visitors choosing to come back and visit our Clubs as opposed to wandering down the road to another venue ! 

You will therefore be:

  • Courteous and kind
  • Passionate about making other people happy
  • Polite and interested in people
  • Personable and jolly
  • Quick to smile and ready to lend a hand
  • Welcoming and knowledgable (about the Club and local area)
  • Willing to leave any of your 'issues' at home and come to work to make other people's problems go away !

The ideal candidates will require:

  • 2-3 years of Customer Service experience (preferably in a Club or hospitality environment)
  • Ability to work shift work
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • Outstanding communication skills 
  • RSA & RCG Accreditation
