The Parramatta site also has a strong membership base of 12,000; 80 staff members and a gaming installation of 167 machines. Parramatta RSL's catering facilities include the fully modern Treetops Cafe that operates throughout the entire trading hours of the club along with a busy and modern Restaurant outlet.
The Group continues to charge ahead, particularly through its food offering and accordingly the team is looking to secure the services of a professional, dedicated and savvy Permanent Part Time Chef de Partie to join the team at Parramatta RSL Club and support the kitchen brigade in the day-to-day food production to the very busy food outlets. The Club is seeking an experienced, suitably qualified professional to join the motivated team.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Australian Visa/Residency
- Demonstrated extensive experience and relevant tertiary qualifications
- A commitment to the provision of service excellence to both fellow kitchen crew and customers
- The ability and willingness to communicate in a positive and courteous manner at all times
- The drive and dedication to perform at or above organisation and industry standards at all times
- A flexible approach to their roster and the ability to work across a range of shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- A practical and flexible approach to a broad spectrum of food offerings within a Venue with multiple quality food outlets
