It is an organisation that prides itself on its welcoming ambience, great entertainment and continued ability to strive for improvement. The club is excited to be able to search for a Manager - Service and Operations to join the growing team. The successful person will be responsible for the management of the day to day operations and service standards of the Leagues Club, in consultation with the Department Heads and Executive Manager.

You will work closely with the Executive Manager to drive an 'out of this world' customer service culture. You will be a person who can manage others and grow people to be an integral part of the organization. With this in mind, the role will not only have a general operational portfolio, but you will be an integral part of the direction of the Duty Management and Supervisory teams. You will embrace the philosophy surrounding the encouragement and growth of people so that they continue to improve and succeed. You will know how to manage your team members with respect in a humanistic and constructive style. You will be a manager who earns respect and treats staff and others with respect. You will be a coach, a mentor and lead by example. You will demonstrate excellent customer service 100% of the time with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will have a sound understanding of all areas of licensed Club, hospitality or venue operations, have good computer skills and highly developed customer service skills You will also be given the opportunity to provide input, strategy and direction for the overall business so as to build upon the Club's current successes.

- will work with the Department Heads to achieve goals; and
- who will present themselves to members as positive, committed and professional.
This position is attractive and will be a key Senior Management role within the organisation. The remuneration is negotiable dependant on what you bring to the position as well as your current and future achievements. This could be the PERFECT role for a person moving from the successes of Duty Management or a person who is simply a GREAT people manager and a GREAT customer service leader.
