It is an organisation that prides itself on its welcoming ambience, great entertainment and continued ability to strive for improvement. The club is excited to be able to search for a Coordinator - Marketing, Advertising & Promotions to join their growing team. The successful person will be responsible for coordinating the day to day marketing and selling of the Club, its offerings and facilities along with the coordination of the club's promotions across all departments.

You will work closely with the Executive Manager and Department Managers to ensure that the club is promoted as the NUMBER ONE destination in the Shire. To achieve this goal, you will need to be someone who:
- has the success of the Club and it's people front of mind at all times;
- has the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
- can successfully plan advertising and sales strategies;
- has strong computer and administration skills;
- has experience in writing media releases and other marketing related communications including advertising, marketing collateral such as flyers, posters etc;
- can deliver promotions whilst creating an atmosphere that encourages repeat visitation whilst increasing revenue and driving brand awareness;
- can take hold of all market segments and appeal to their needs;
- can communicate across all club departments to ascertain needs and deliver on these needs;
- understands the importance of measuring promotional, marketing and advertising spend;
- understands the importance of the Sharkies brand within the community;
- can ensure that the production of all collateral is both creative and precise ie: strong attention to detail;
- who will present themselves to members and staff as positive, committed and professional;
