Facilities include four function rooms that have the ability to cater for groups from 20 guests to 400 guests. The Functions Coordinator will report to Senior Management and will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of all functions and events, from sale through to the delivery and beyond.
Our award winning Club has recently completed major extensions to the functions facilities and with a Club membership exceeding 5,000 this successful venue is renowned statewide for its modern facilities. We require the services of a suitably qualified and dedicated Functions Coordinator to help maintain and grow our outstanding facilities as well as lead the team to make sure that each and every function is not just a success but a truly memorable occasion for the client.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in organising and supervising successful functions for large groups
- Excellent personal presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
- Provide team direction with the ability to work well under pressure and have a proven ability to ‘think on your feet’
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a passion for the job
- Outstanding time management skills
- Availability to work nights and weekends
