The Club has a membership of just under 1,000 and excellent facilities that include: Bar; Keno; Auditorium; 33 Pokies; Pool Table; Alfresco Area and a range of sub-clubs.
The Board and Management are currently seeking the services of an organised and successful small business operator to take on the Catering Contract and establish a regular clientele. In a Club of this size, it is important that the successful Caterer is a people person with the ability to provide friendly service and cook up flavoursome meals that offer a good value proposition.
The kitchen has been well maintained and has been regularly serviced by the Club. Seating capacities include a bistro for 100 pax and an auditorium for functions etc that seats 100-120 pax. The Club is keen to attract the right Caterer and accordingly is willing to negotiate a peppercorn rent along with no utilities to secure the right person.
To be considered for this opportunity you will:
- Be able to provide great food at the right price
- Be capable of establishing a sustainable business
- Be willing to work with the Club to attract business
- Be able to manage the peaks and troughs in trade
- Recognise this opportunity for what it is - a small business with a great little income for the right operator
- Have meticulous cleanliness standards
- Be conversant with all aspects of food hygiene and OHS requirements
