The Club is currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional to undertake the role of Duty Manager with Bar Portfolio. You will ideally come from a similar role with a minimum of 2 years experience and you will be keen to make your department run like a well-oiled machine...............fast; efficient; effective and rock solid !

- You will be able to multi-task and manage this busy department whilst overseeing the whole Club when on DM shifts
- You will be passionate about making this YOUR department and running it as if it was YOUR own business

- You will be knowledgeable in all aspects of legislation/hygiene/rostering/hr/etc and you will be keen to share this to information to develop those around you
- You will be an excellent communicator who can think on your feet
This is a hands-on role, so if you are looking for a position where you can clip the keys to your belt and stroll around like you own the place then this is NOT for you ! This is a team focused business and you will need to work closely with your team to achieve your KPI's.
You will obviously also need to possess a sound understanding of all aspects of the bar including (but not limited to):
- Bar operations
- Cash handling
- Stock control
- Purchasing
- Promotions
- Service delivery
- Cellar operations
- POS
- Stock take procedures & reporting
