Located at our Harbord Diggers site at Freshwater, the position of Employment Relations Officer, reports to the General Manager at Harbord Diggers & Employment Relations Manager. The role is varied and offers the right person scope to develop their own style of Employment Relations within the group. The successful person will be responsible for recruitment and training functions as well as general employment relations work.
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Formal qualifications in Human Resource Management
- The ability to read and interpret relevant industry awards
- A Good understanding of Workers Compensation & OH&S
- The ability to roster effectively and assist with payroll
- An ability to learn quickly and work autonomously
- RSA/RCG Certification Familiarity with Clubline (Rostering and HR Packages) is also desirable
Mounties Group Remuneration and Employment Conditions are second to none, and the starting salary will be $56K plus superannuation. Employment conditions will be governed by a Collective Agreement.
