We are seeking an additional experienced, self motivated Trainer and Support Analyst (Systems Software Trainer) to provide quality training and support direct to Clubs and Hotels within NSW. Ideally, the person will possess a proven, high level relationship building skills.
Your main responsibilities would include:
• Train a venue to enable them to use the Flexi-NET system competently
• Train the venue on gaming data analysis
• Follow-up training as required
• On-call phone support in a 1 week in 4 roster, may include travel to venue
• Periodic travel within NSW
• Assisting the greater IG team in product promotion
• Building progressional customer relationships with each of venue
• Conducting some onsite training at your venues as required
• Other duties as required
Suitable applicants must possess the following skills and attributes:
• Experience and knowledge of gaming analysis is essential;
• Experience in training design and delivery is advantageous;
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent is advantageous;
• Hospitality experience is desirable;
• A good knowledge of computer literacy is required;
• Strong, clear verbal and written skills;
• Highly motivated with the ability to work unsupervised;
• The ability to manage your time effectively;
• Excellent relationship building skills;
• A strong customer service focus;
• Be available to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays;
• Be comfortable working in a club environment.
