We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager with exceptional skills and motivation to do a great job at all times.
Duty Manager
You:
- An excellent communicator – verbal and written
- Impeccable in presentation
- Organised and thorough
- Passionate about great customer satisfaction
- Able to perform under pressure
- Understanding of the Club industry
The Role:
- Opening and closing responsibilities
- Cash, safe and banking reconciliation
- Customer service and time management
- Compliance and legislative requirements
- Advanced computer skills
- Staff control and development
- Portfolio opportunities
This is a Level A position, involving day, evening and weekend shifts on a rotating roster. RSA and RCG certificates essential. This role is available to persons over 18 years who are Australian Citizens and/or Permanent Residents.
