If you hadn't gathered from the future plans above - the Leeton Soldiers Club is a venue that is focused on the future and has been set up to leverage a diverse range of opportunities within the community. Competition-wise, there are a number of Hotels (pubs) and another Club in Yanco (approx. 10kms away); a few pizza offerings and 2 successful restaurants in town. There is not any serious competition in regards to accommodation, hence the plan to build a Motel and capture that market !
The Club is very excited to be in the position to offer the Catering Contract as there is a realisation that with the right operator there is the opportunity for an extremely successful and mutually beneficial partnership between the new Caterers and the Club. The hope is that the successful Caterers can bring new levels of service; quality; flavours; value; presentation and delivery across all food outlets and that there will be a professional; consultative and motivated approach to driving business, building visitations and capturing a greater share of the market.

The perfect Caterer will ideally not need any of the dot points below - because they just "get it" !!! The Club is looking for: a business savvy operator ! A professional ! An astute business person(s) ! A go-getter ! A leader in every way ! Somone that will drive success !!!

- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Possess a commitment to training and developing your staff
- Offer interesting, consistent, flavoursome and value for money food that attracts a range of customers
- Provide a product and service that brings customers back, time and again
- Understand and adhere to all food hygiene regulations and set an extremely high standard of cleanliness
- Run a profitable and successful business that is sustainable
- Possess a strong business acumen and be focused on longevity, sustained success and growth..............This is a business that has and will build on its reputation and the food offering will be intergral to on-going success !
