Narrabri Bowling Club offers a range of services and bowling greens to members & visitors. The Club has also built and operates a 30 room Motel that opened in June 2008. Narrabri's economy is expanding with exciting new coal mine & gas field developments........the district is buzzing.
The Club is seeking a dynamic Secretary/Manager to lead and manage the organisation. As the Club's Manager the successful applicant must be able to demostrate leadership skills suitable to an organisation that prides itself on providing exceptional service, premium facilities and sound community support.
Specifically the Secretary/Manager will possess:
- Well developed strategic management experience
- Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
- A proven ability to deal with a wide range of operational issues
- Sound understanding of financials and business
- Strong people management & leadership skills
- Management experience in the Club Industry would be an advantage
