Visit our website : www.norths.com.au North Sydney Leagues Club Limited Group is seeking an experienced and vibrant Customer Loyalty Manager to contribute to the growth and development of their leisure and hospitality venue, located in Tweed Heads West. The group in itself has a combined membership of 50,000 with 22,000 of these members located at Tweed Heads West.
Advertised for the first time at the seagulls site, we are seeking to appoint an experienced and astute Customer Service professional to contribute to the ongoing growth and development, whilst building and maintaining an excellent service culture.
Reporting to the Group Gaming Manager and Group Marketing Manager, this is a key role involved in assisting in developing marketing initiatives for the local market/demographic, with the object of increasing member visitation and providing seagulls with a “point of difference” service culture. You will also be provided with the opportunity to work with a highly motivated and outgoing team of professionals.
We desire a minimum of two years’ experience in a Gaming or Player Development role, backed with relevant tertiary qualifications.
Position requirements and capabilities include, however are not limited to:-
Assisting in the development and implementation of new marketing initiatives and strategies, with the objective of increasing membership and visitation rates of current members;
- Assisting in developing a departmental business plan and budget, with the objective of providing excellent customer service;
- Communicating customer feedback to Executive Management;
- Delivering effective, timely and professional customer service strategies in order to maintain and retain members;
- Driving seagulls customer loyalty program;
- Commitment to achieving results;
- Building a customer culture;
- Driving excellence;
- Aligning performance for success;
- Facilitating change;
- Operational decision making
This is an exciting and brand new hands-on role, so you must be ready to hit the ground running. A high level of motivation is required, as is the ability to set your own work priorities and plans.
It is essential that the successful candidate have extensive experience in a similar role within a customer service environment, whilst developing and building strong long-term customer relationships. Previous experience working in a sales environment will be highly regarded. You will also have excellent analytical and organisational skills, whilst being conversant with the Microsoft suite of products. It is a prerequisite that you have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, whilst fitting into the culture and with the Management of the Club.
The position is full-time and may require the successful incumbent to work days, nights and weekends. A roster is to be determined based on business requirements.
An attractive and negotiable salary package is on offer in order to attract and secure the services of the very best applicant for this position. You may also be required to travel to norths occasionally.
