The Club has an opportunity for a confident and customer focused person to take the role as one of our team members looking after the key role of Receptionsist.
We believe that the person at the front reception is the 'face of the club' and can make or break a customer's experience when coming to our venue. We are looking for a person who can welcome each and every person that comes into our venue and treat them with the great service that they deserve.
In this role, you will be responsible for 'front of house' Reception duties that will include;
- meeting and greeting our guests (of course);
- providing up to date information with regard to the club's offerings;
- reading what a customer really wants and ensuring that they are guided to the area that will meet those needs;
- assisting our customers to join or renew their membership;
- receiving and directing all incoming telephone calls;
- taking messages and forwarding them appropriately;
- ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception work area;
- some basic administration tasks.
To be considered for this role, it is important that you have your RSA and RCG certificates up to date. You will be the type of person that handles busy periods with ease. You will have a welcoming personality and a knack with dealing with people of all kinds in a professional and caring fashion.
The hours of work are mainly days, however you would need some flexibility with your hours across weekends and nights.
The club is right next to Petersham station and major bus routes with parking also available!
