The Club houses 34 gaming machines; Keno and TAB; large function room; two bars and a bistro.
Due to continued growth the Club requires the services of an experienced Club Supervisor to manage the nightly operations of the venue. The Club continues to trade profitably in the current economic climate and is a great place to work within a lovely area to live !
The successful applicant must possess extensive experience in the following areas:
- TAB & Keno Operations
- Poker Machine & Bar Operations
- Ordering and requisitioning stock
- Fully conversant with cellar operations
- Supervision of staff
- Training and induction of staff
- Closing procedures
- Assistance in staff rostering
- General knowledge of Registered & Licensed Clubs Award 2010
- RSA & RCG qualifications essential
Other tertiary qualifications in Hospitality or Club Management will be highly regarded. The Club Supervisor would be required to work night and weekends as this role looks after operations after hours. The positions attracts an offering of Level 5 + Duty Meals + Training & Development.
