With a membership of 36,000; 200 dedicated staff; a gaming installation of over 250; a popular and successful Fitness Centre and Swimming Pool; a well regarded Function Centre, 2 Bowling Greens and extensive entertainment facilities. Over the recent times, there have been extensive renovations of the Club with future developments being finished in the coming months.

What will you be doing?
As the PR Ambassador you are representative of the Premier Rewards Programme and will be the key point of contact for all members, staff and associated departments. You will be responsible for the organisation and smooth running of all processes in relation to the Premier Rewards Programme.
- Meet and greet and member comfort
- Act as an information point for enquiries
- Promote programme features and benefits
- Associated departments' liaison
- Administration of the programme
- Review and analysis of programme reports
- Attendance at programme promotions and functions
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a customer focused role
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- A high standard of presentation and grooming
- Genuine team leader
- Warm and friendly, yet professional interpersonal skills
- Able to work a flexible roster that includes predominately afternoons and evenings
- Intermediate computer skills
- Above average knowledge of gaming and gaming machines
- RSA and RCG certification
