Rooty Hill RSL Club is a successful and dynamic Club located in Western Sydney that offers a range of entertainment, dining, recreational and leisure facilities and will offer YOU a challenging and exciting career!
As an experienced Functions Operations Coordinator you will assist the Functions Manager in the coordination and daily running of Functions Department. You will be hands on and a natural leader and motivator of staff. We are looking for someone that has a track record of success within a similar role at a similar level!
To be considered for this position you will have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Functions at a supervisory level
- Strong people and team building skills with proven ability to motivate, train and monitor staff performance
- RSA certificate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer focus with a proven ability to anticipate customer needs
- Team orientation with ability to work well without supervision
- Excellent presentation
- Proven commitment to safety and manual handling practices
- Availability to work nights and weekends
Desirable qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Events or Frontline Management
