Visit our website : rootyhillrsl.com.au Locate us via Google Maps here Rooty Hill RSL Club is seeking an experienced supervisor and strong motivator of staff to take on a challenging role to assist in leading, guiding and developing all customer service employees within the Gaming Department to ensure an efficient operation in conjunction with high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
This role with an immediate start is responsible for the Customer Care and Service and the supervision of gaming employees. The role also has an operational focus by ensuring the Club complies with all legislative requirements, overseeing all Gaming operations, and ensuring all company policies and procedures are met.
To be considered for this position it is essential that you possess:
- Demonstrated team leadership and operational troubleshooting skills
- Responsible Service of Alcohol & Responsible Conduct of Gaming certificate
- Literacy, numeracy and computer skills
- Flexible approach to working hours (available to work days, nights and weekends (up to 6am)
- Understanding of registered club operations and compliance requirements
- Minimum 12 months supervisory experience in the Club Industry at similar level
Desirable qualifications:
- Certificate III in Hospitality Operations
- Certificate IV Hospitality Supervision
- Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment
