Our established reputation as a superior operator ensures the future and growth of our facilities across four venues. Health Mates Fitness Centre, an award-winning facility which forms part of the group’s many offerings was redeveloped and re-branded in 2009. The state of the art facility boasts nearly one million dollars in exercise equipment alone, and is already a major focal point of the group. Having bolstered its membership ranks since its launch in 2009, Health Mates in now seeking individuals with a purpose and an outgoing attitude to life.
If you are wanting to be a part of a terrific team of individuals that create a point of difference for our group, then you should be interested in one of more of the following roles, as we are seeking both stand-alone roles and a combination of a few.
• Member Services Consultants - Reception and Administration Roles
• Member Relations Consultants - Member Retention and Sales Roles
• Exercise Programmers
• Personal Trainers – we offer specialty modules such as Older Adults, Children, Boxing, Pilates
Whilst these roles vary, they all require motivated individuals with a positive, confident and can-do attitude.
If this is you, you already know that you can communicate with customers, whether face to face or over the phone. You also know how to work with computers, can work with deadlines, under pressure and don’t mind working outside banking hours. As a fitness enthusiast, you probably already have your first-aid and CPR qualifications, or are already in the process of being qualified. As for being enthusiastic, you most likely wouldn’t have read this far unless you were, so it is essential that you bring that enthusiasm with you.
If you are well-presented and are genuine about the fitness industry, and understand the level of customer service expected to be provided in such a facility then make no mistake, this is your opportunity.
