You will be required to manage a large and well organised F&B operation comprising comprehensive Conference and Function facilities, a Bistro, Café and numerous bars. This role is a perfect blend of operational management, maximising profitability, staff management and coordinating all F&B activities.
You will excel in this role with your:
- Labour control and resource management skills
- Financial literacy
- Adaptability to changing market demands
- Ability to think strategically and conceptually
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Ability to develop strong business relationships
- Ability to lead, manage, motivate and develop a team of food and beverage professionals
- High level of computer literacy
