Tattersalls Club (Sydney), established in 1858, is Sydney's premier sporting, social and business Club for successful professional and business men.
The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of all Member services including Member events, systems and resources. You will be responsible for managing and responding to membership enquiries and conversion of membership enquiries to Members. You will manage the programs, systems and processes to measure the effectiveness of all membership activities. With a sound knowledge of contemporary membership services practices, you will implement all communication, events and program strategies whilst upholding the values of the Club in all undertakings.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated written communication skills, strong oral and interpersonal skills and the ability to build successful relationships with all key stakeholders. With solid experience in communications, Member services and event organisation, your skills will include implementation of membership strategies, campaign management, attention to detail and good people skills. A sound organisational ability will assist you to operate autonomously and as part of a small team.

To succeed in this role, ideally you will be tertiary educated and have had at least 3 years experience in a premier Club environment covering membership and database management with strong customer relationship skills or experience within a similar role.
