Taren Point Bowling Club provides ALL of the above and is excited about employing their new Supervisor as they recognise that this person will bring an element of fresh ideas and new thoughts that will further assist the Club on its journey of success. Located in the Sutherland Shire, TPBC has recently completed major renovations (April last year) and has brand new facilities throughout. The gaming installation of 47 machines is modern and boasts 100% TITO across the floor whilst the TAB has been set-up as a Platinum installation. With 4,000 members and a staff of 29, this is an excellent time to be joining this great Club.
This is a highly competitive Club both on and off the greens and does a roaring trade with a very high volume of customers, functions and events for what is a relatively small premises. Due to an internal promotion to the role of Senior Supervisor, the Club is seeking a motivated, capable and passionate Supervisor to oversee the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the venue. This role is targeted at Level 5 under the Club Employees NAPSA and will initially commence as a casual position offering 30 to 38 hours per week with the view to going full time in the future.

- You will have a keen eye for detail and a focus on presentation standards (staff and premises)
- You will be passionate about the industry and be committed to developing yourself and those around you
- You will possess sound hospitality and supervisory experience
- You will possess current RSA & RCG certification
- Ideally you will have undertaken a Cert IV in Training and Assessment
The role will be responsible for Training and Supervising staff, so you will be committed to creating efficiencies and looking for ways to ensure effective coverage whilst working within budgets. You will also be committed to the concept of continual improvement, specifically on the service front and will be willing to bring forward ideas and initiatives.
