White Now collects all applications on YOUR behalf via White Now email
Up to 8 candidates short listed from resumes/applications only and contacted via phone regarding salary expectations & suitability, then forwarded to the client for further shortlisting
Detailed Telephone Interviews conducted with up to 8 candidates
Telephone Interviewed Candidates further short listed then forwarded to Client for review
Number of scripted Competency & Behavioural Questions to be used by client which are suitable for the position advertised		8	16
Number of Reference Checks conducted for final candidate(s)	3	6	12
Respond to All Unsuccessful Short Listed Candidates
