How a simple book order gone wrong turned into a great afternoon on Sydney Harbour

One of our White Now team, Andrew the IT Nerd, recently ordered a book from a well known on line bookstore. The ordering process simply became a disaster due to an error in the bookstore's online payment facility. The book was only $28 but resolving the issues took up about 3 hours over the phone with their customer service department. The experience from the first 'complaint' call was amazing. During the period when the issue was being resolved, a customer service rep (the same one each time) called Andrew every day to explain where the process was at and also let him know when the book had been dispatched. The day after the book arrived on Andrew's desk, the same customer service rep called Andrew to make sure that the 'eagle had landed'. But, to Andrew's surprise, they did not charge him for the book and, wait for it; they sent him a voucher for 2 for a jet boat ride on Sydney Harbour. Think about it, in total the mistake cost the company around $120 plus time to resolve. Andrew buys about 16 books a year through this website averaging an annual spend of around $560. Dinner on the table in less than 10 minutes

Ricotta and Spinach Pizza

4 small peeled potatoes
1 garlic clove finely sliced
2 bunches English spinach, washed, trimmed
1 cup (200g) low-fat ricotta
4 small pita bread
2/3 cup (70g) grated low-fat mozzarella
mixed green leaf salad

Cook potatoes in a saucepan of salted water for 10 minutes, until tender.
Set aside and slice when cool.
Lightly spray a large frying pan with oil and heat on high.
Cook garlic and spinach for 2 minutes, stirring until wilted.
Drain and chop coarsely.
Combine spinach mixture with ricotta and season to taste.
Place pita under a hot grill for 1 minute, until crisp.
Turn pita over and top with potato and spinach mixture.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and grill for 2 minutes, until mozzarella melts.
Serve with a mixed green leaf salad/
