Duty Manager – Club Ashfield (Inner West Sydney)
Club Ashfield is a vibrant, community-focused club offering quality hospitality, entertainment, and newly renovated dining and function spaces. Following our major bistro and function room upgrade, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our team.
About the Role - Oversee daily venue operations across bars, gaming, dining, and functions
- Lead and support team members to deliver outstanding customer service
- Maintain compliance, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests
- Work across a rotating roster including nights and weekends (overnight coverage required)
Our ideal candidate has - Previous supervisory or Duty Manager experience in a hospitality or club environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Current RSA and RCG (Senior First Aid advantageous)
- A hands-on leader with a focus on service excellence and team culture
