Located between Sydney and Newcastle on the beautiful Budgewoi Lake, Toukley Golf Club is known for its welcoming atmosphere, stunning course, and lively social scene.We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar & Functions Manager to take charge of our day-to-day bar operations and help grow our events and hospitality offerings.
About the Role This is a hands-on leadership position that combines bar management, event coordination, and administration. You’ll be working Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday and Monday RDOs), splitting your week between admin, functions, and marketing (2–3 days) and managing the bar team (2 days).
Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily bar operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Manage staff, including rostering, training, and performance.
- Conduct stocktakes, ordering, and inventory control.
- Coordinate and deliver functions and events.
- Plan and execute advertising and marketing activities to promote the Club.
- Handle administrative duties, reporting, and compliance tasks.
