Club Scotts is seeking submissions from passionate and experienced hospitality operators to take on the Catering Contract at our busy and welcoming community club by the sea.
About Club Scotts
Located in the picturesque beachside town of Scotts Head—just 45 minutes from Coffs Harbour and 15 minutes from Macksville—Club Scotts is a vibrant bowling and recreation club with a loyal local following and a steady stream of visitors year-round.
We proudly serve a membership base of 1,500+ and benefit from our prime position beside Reflections Holiday Park, which boasts an impressive 89% occupancy rate. It’s the perfect location to create a thriving coastal dining experience.
The Opportunity This contract offers the chance to run a busy regional kitchen with consistent trade from locals, holidaymakers, and bowlers in a supportive club environment.
Current trading success includes: - Dinner: 7 nights per week
- Lunch: 6 days per week (7 days in peak season)
- Hours: 12 pm–2 pm & 5:30 pm–8:30 pm
- Seating: 114 in the bistro + 140 in other areas (total 254)
We’re looking for an operator who can build on this strong foundation—delivering quality food and friendly service while adding new ideas and energy to our offering.
Ideal Candidates Will Have - Proven catering, restaurant, or bistro management experience
- Capacity to meet both standard and peak-season demand
- A focus on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and operational management standards
- A willingness to work collaboratively with the Club Scotts team
