Moorebank Sports Club, better known as Sporties, has been a community favourite since 1970. From our beginnings supporting junior sport to becoming a thriving social, dining and entertainment hub, our mission has always stayed the same: to create memorable experiences where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and connected.
We’re now looking for a Loyalty Manager who can take member engagement to the next level.
About the Role
As our Loyalty Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Sporties’ member connection. This role is all about creating meaningful engagement, building relationships, and delivering a loyalty experience that feels personal, rewarding, and genuinely valued.
You’ll lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our loyalty program, working closely with customer service and operations teams, analysing behaviour trends, and designing initiatives that keep members coming back.
In this role, you will: - Lead the loyalty program to strengthen connection and retention
- Develop insight-led strategies that enhance the member journey
- Design engaging experiences that make loyalty feel personal and rewarding
- Collaborate across teams to support seamless service and engagement
- Turn data into action, informing decisions that support club growth

You’re a people-focused leader who loves building relationships and creating memorable experiences. You understand loyalty, from the numbers to the human side, and you thrive in a dynamic, community-driven environment.
You’ll bring: - Experience in loyalty, membership, CX, hospitality, or a similar engagement role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for turning insights into meaningful action
