We are now seeking an experienced Finance Manager to work closely with the CFO in providing strong financial leadership across this dynamic, multi‑venue organisation.

About the Role

As the Finance Manager, you’ll lead the Group’s financial operations—overseeing reporting, budgeting, forecasting and day‑to‑day accounting activities. You will manage and develop the finance team, maintain strong internal controls, ensure legislative compliance, and support audits and regulatory reporting. This is a key role in upholding HBG’s financial integrity and supporting strategic decision‑making.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling to support strategic decisions.
  • Lead day‑to‑day finance operations: AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Manage, mentor and develop the finance team.
  • Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with accounting, tax and legislative requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits and regulatory reporting obligations.
  • Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
Our ideal candidate

You will be a proactive and detail‑driven accounting professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.

You bring:
  • CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent).
  • Strong technical accounting experience, including financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
  • High standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability.
  • Experience in hospitality, gaming or multi‑venue environments (highly regarded).
