We are now seeking an Events Coordinator to join our energetic and creative Marketing team.

About the Role

As the Events Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing our events and campaigns to life across all HBG venues. Working closely with managers, caterers and internal stakeholders, you’ll coordinate functions end‑to‑end—from first enquiry to final execution—ensuring every event is delivered seamlessly and professionally. You will help grow our client base through proactive communication, relationship‑building and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll manage event communications, facilitate clear handovers, gather feedback and provide essential administrative and documentation support to keep everything running smoothly.
This is a dynamic, people‑focused role where no two days are the same, and every event is an opportunity to shine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of functions and events, from initial enquiry to completion.
  • Support managers and caterers in delivering exceptional events across HBG venues.
  • Assist in executing dynamic marketing campaigns and event promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
  • Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders for smooth event delivery.
  • Prepare event documentation, manage handovers and gather post‑event feedback.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team as required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, can‑do attitude.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and time‑management capabilities.
  • Customer‑focused mindset and passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using new systems.
  • Flexibility to work around busy event schedules and deadlines.
  • RSA and RCG certifications (essential).
  • A team‑player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
