We're seeking an experienced Senior Gaming Analyst ready for their next step or an established Gaming Manager looking to make a genuine impact. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving gaming performance, optimising operations and enhancing the member experience across both venues.

The Opportunity Reporting to the senior leadership team, you'll combine commercial insight with operational leadership to maximise gaming performance, ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing gaming performance and identifying growth opportunities
- Managing gaming fleet optimisation, purchases and link strategies
- Leading gaming operations, promotions and loyalty initiatives
- Developing and mentoring Gaming and Host teams
- Delivering reporting, insights and board-level recommendations
- Maintaining gaming compliance and responsible gaming standards
- Enhancing member engagement and customer experience
- Driving operational improvements, SOPs and process efficiency
- Supporting and developing the club's rewards program
About You You're a commercially minded gaming professional who enjoys using data to improve performance and create exceptional member experiences.
You'll bring:
- Experience as a Senior Gaming Analyst or Gaming Manager
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proven ability to translate insights into results
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs and gaming performance
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Sound knowledge of gaming compliance and responsible gaming
- Desirable: GMDC and leadership qualifications.
- Essential: RSA, RCG, Advanced RCG, driver's licence and ability to obtain relevant clearances.
