Liverpool Catholic Club is preparing to launch an exciting new Asian fusion dining destination, bringing together vibrant flavours, exceptional service, and a contemporary dining experience. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and play a key role in creating a venue that guests will love and return to time and time again.
This is a unique opportunity to join a brand-new restaurant at launch, shape the guest experience, and help establish a positive team culture from the very beginning.
About the Role As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will support Catering Management in the daily operation of the venue while leading and motivating the front-of-house team. You'll ensure service runs smoothly, guests receive exceptional experiences, and the venue consistently delivers high standards.
Key Responsibilities - Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations
- Lead, coach and support front-of-house team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service and memorable dining experiences
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and WH&S standards
- Ensure presentation, service and quality standards are consistently met
- Assist with staff training and development
- Build strong relationships with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Contribute ideas for specials, promotions and seasonal menu offerings
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional venue environment
Our Ideal Candidate You are a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or similar leadership role
- Outstanding customer service skills and strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods
- Professional presentation and high personal standards
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- Current RSA competency card
Experience within an Asian cuisine or Asian fusion restaurant will be highly regarded but is not essential.
