Club Marconi has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Superstar to join our Guest Services Concierge/Reception team. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a real passion for providing customer service and want to spread the word and educate our members and guests about all the Club has on offer.

As a team member of Club Marconi, you will be committed to providing a personalised service and you will use your expertise to develop, establish and maintain quality standards and procedures.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Driving and providing exceptional customer service, encouraging repeat patronage, and developing a rapport with Club members and guests.
  • Managing, providing direction and coaching Reception hosts/team.
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner and taking detailed messages ensuring they are forwarded efficiently.
  • Greeting, offering direction and or suggestions to members and guests as they enter the Club, bidding them farewell and helping as may be required upon exit.
  • Promoting and selling the Clubs membership, including promotions and incentives that are offered to members.
  • Driving membership, checking membership cards and guests photo identification.
  • Ensuring that you have a comprehensive understanding of the Club’s promotions and activities including, poker, lawn bowls, BINGO, raffles and upcoming events.
  • Reporting significant issues, customer feedback and recommendations to the Customer Relations Manager on duty.
  • Must have a current NSW RSA/RCG competency card.

Your personal attributes will include:

  • The ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service under pressure.
  • High level literacy, computer and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent time management and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • You must be a person who loves people.

Above Award rates on offer; including penalty rates for Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday shifts.
